broken

Alright so I am still broken. This plate feels like its going to tear right through my skin since its sticking up a good inch out of my shoulder, but the doc insists that is fine. I have started riding again, but I can only handle at the most a couple hours at a time. I think I might have it taken out in January so that I can be good as new for the start of the mtb season. Cross season is starting and I am no where near being ready, so we'll see when I actually get on the cross bike. I thought I would be good to go by now, but apparently when you tear all the ligaments in your shoulder and have a AC separation oh yeah and a broken bone that is still broken its hard to race. The thought of going over super bumpy terrain makes me cringe. I am going to interbike next week- thats something to look forward to. It should be pretty fun. ok thats it for now.
